Understand The Cancellation Policy
Individual Policy -
Payment is required to hold your reservation. If your group or any individual cancels prior to 72 hours of the trip, a $10.00 per person processing fee will be assessed. No refunds will be given for no-shows or cancellations within the 72-hour cancellation period. Remember to choose a trip that suits your entire group’s needs and abilities. Our office staff is happy to answer questions that may help you determine an appropriate trip for your group.
There will be a $25 per person fee to switch dates, times or rivers from the reservation currently made if done prior to 24 hours of the trip time. There will be no credits or refunds issued if a trip is changed to one of lesser value. Within 24 hours of the trip we cannot make any adjustments to your reservation, no exceptions.
*If you are using COSTCO vouchers to pay for your trip you must make reservations by calling 800-808-0357. A credit card is required to hold the reservation and above cancellation policies apply. Cancellation fees may be paid for by cash, credit card or COSTCO gift certificates
Group Cancellation Policy –
The benefit of booking as a group is that you are eligible for quantity discounts; however, you are subject to a different cancellation policy. Any party receiving a group discount is subject to a 30-day cancellation policy. If your group or any individual cancels prior to 30 days of the trip, a $10.00 per person processing fee will be assessed. No refunds will be given for no-shows or cancellations within the 30-day cancellation period.
Make sure everyone in your group has read and understands the cancellation policy; this will keep misunderstandings and cancellation disputes to a minimum. Weather is not a cause for cancellation; trips run rain or shine.
